We are thrilled to announce that Camp Chikopi is embarking on an exciting partnership with Kids in Camp, aimed at expanding opportunities for more young campers to discover the wonders of Camp Chikopi. If you are interested in exploring this collaboration and discovering how your son can benefit, we encourage you to reach out to our office for further information and to request an application.

As part of this initiative, it's important to note that participation is open exclusively to campers residing in Ontario. We are eagerly anticipating the prospect of welcoming new members to our Chikopi family through this wonderful partnership!

Here are some key details from Kids in Camp:

1. Age Requirements: The minimum age for campers applying for overnight camp is seven years, while the maximum age is seventeen years.

2. Financial Considerations: Kids in Camp operates with the goal of providing access to camp experiences for families facing financial constraints. To be eligible for support, the total household gross annual income should not exceed $85,000 unless there are extenuating circumstances that impose significant financial burdens on the family. The Campership Committee carefully considers all comments included in each application, ensuring fairness and equity in the decision-making process.

This partnership represents an incredible opportunity for young campers to immerse themselves in the enriching experiences offered by Camp Chikopi. We are excited to embark on this journey and look forward to the possibility of welcoming more campers to our community through this collaborative effort.
