Dave has the greatest high school coaching record of any other high school coach in the United States of America, with over 40 High School State Championships.
In April, 2013, Dave received the prestigious Hall of Fame award from NISCA, the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association, for all of his many accomplishments in swimming.
Dave is a sailing enthusiast, our fastest boat in the fleet is “The Barney Boys”, named after Dave and his identical twin brother, Bob.
