Chikopi's 2016 running coach, Brogan MacDougall, has done it again. On Sunday, September 11th Brogan competed at the Canadian 5K Road Championships, in Toronto. This was Brogan's first competitive 5K road race, she raced against Olympian, and Pan American Champions. Brogan placed 5th with an amazing time of 16:30. Nice job Brogan, we are very proud of you.
