The following
is a suggested "meal" plan for 2008. Each day is
different and the "routine" nature of the meals
provided is avoided.
Breakfast:
- Hot
cereal 4 days a week
- Cold
cereal 2 days a week
- Bakers
breakfast on Sunday mornings, croissants, muffins,bagels
Cooked
Breakfast:
- Egg
- scrambled, boiled, fried Sausage and bacon
- Toast,
pancakes, waffles
- Orange
slices
Lunch:
- Salad
- Pasta
dish, Pizza, Hot dogs, Tacos
- Fruit
Dinner:
Main meal:
- Potatoes,
Vegetables with a meat - Roast Turkey, Beef, Pork, Chicken
Rice Dish with a meat

Wednesdays
Dinner - BBQ Cookout at the Point
Sundays
we switch lunch and dinner, then serve ice cream and cake
after evening meal.
Snacks:

- Popcorn
- Rice

daily specials
Given
the numerous countries represented at Camp Chikopi during
the summer, we also try to have an authentic dish for dinner
or lunch once a week.
